Four water drinking rules


  1. Do not drink water soon after meal at least 1 hr after meal. Can drink immediately after meal like curd,lassi,milk, fruit juice. Can drink water around 40 minutes before meal.In the morning fruit juice is better in breakfast. Its better to drink milk at night.
  2. Drink water little by little.
  3. Never drink freeze/iced water.
  4. Drink 2-3 glasses of water soon after you woke up in the morning and then go to toilet.

Note: Drinking lauka  juice in the morning makes free from diseases like ulcer, blood pressure, thyroid.
